Using Panther, Tiger or OS9?

I don't think you could use OS9 for USB video capture because OS9 doesn't support USB 2.0 and USB 1.0 is way too slow.
However I recall that Elgato produced a firewire model at one time. Don't know if it had OS9 software or how hard it'd be to find

Posted by: markyb86 on 2013-05-09 21:58:47 I don't know why I didn't even think of FireWire.. I should just get a firewire adapter since its pretty fast as it is, and OS9 should have something that can handle it.

Posted by: Bender on 2013-05-10 16:14:41 I've had good results with a Canopus ADVC55 firewire capture device and an SVHS input, if you can find one. It should capture just fine with iMovie and a firewire cable
