The PM was faulty, nothing else except the unit...but i have some units with faulty DVD drives, a broken drive door and can be happy to have a spare PSU and Video card.
The Powermac was supposed to have a faulty Logic Board (the previous owner said it was tested with a new PC power supply)
The Logic board was inspected and nothing obvious was found, but the G4 refused to boot.
The PSU was inspected too, and tested (no trickle found) ...I connected a good PSU to the logic board and get a boot !!
The previous owner didn't know that PC and Apple PSU's aren't the same, and that a hack should be done to get it working.
So i have no spare PSU, but a Logic Board, a set of sticks and a DVD drive ( a writer as the original was upgraded)... and a drive door 🙂
I cannot keep the casing, so will be tossed.
