I have a Dalmation imac and a Flower imac. Both 600 mhz models that will not boot on 9.1 because they shipped with a special version 9.1.1.
I always restore my Macs to the original OS that they shipped with. So does anyone have a disc image of this one?

Nobody does, because OS 9.1.1 never existed, and even if it did, OS 9 is still regarded as commercial software, which we don't distribute here.

LGGuy is correct, the Forum Rules say that software piracy is not allowed on this forum.
You might, however, ask in the Trading Post if anybody has an original copy of 9.0.4, 9.1 or 9.2.2 to sell you.
