I've never had a 7300 (or any other 604 based box, other than a WGS 9650, for that matter) so I'm definitely looking forward to it. I even got a boxed copy of OS9, a nice Extended Keyboard II (my favorite) and it had an 8.5GB 80 pin SCA drive with a 50 pin adapter too!
| Posted by: ClassicHasClass on 2013-03-26 06:22:02 Very nice! The 7300 is my favourite beige Power Mac (it noses past the 7600 based on nostalgia and my sources at Apple say it has a couple hardware kinks ironed out from the 75/7600). I have a large number of them. Lots of upgrade possibilities, runs Mac OS and NetBSD with only minor fiddling, nice form factor, easy to work on.

Yes,they are easily upgradeable and to work on (i have a G4 card and was supplied to me with a G3 one)lot of memory slots as well.
