Taking Motherboard out of LC

Posted by: habibrobert on 2013-03-08 23:43:44 Hello everyone, I'm having a little bit of a difficult time taking the motherboard out of an LC. I can't seem to separate the fan from the motherboard. I'm sure this is something really simple, but didnt want to break anything! Thanks.

Posted by: Byrd on 2013-03-09 00:00:16 Look for a little plastic tabs you have to push back with your fingers - I recall there are three, you can see one at the top of the fan.

Posted by: Macdrone on 2013-03-09 01:48:22 Remove the fan assembly, and psu as it gives you aa little wiggle room. Thats in addition to the tabs he just mentioned.
