Good Ethernet Cards for a Powerbook 1400c
Posted by: Mithrandir on 2013-02-06 13:50:05
Just what the subject says. I know it needs a type II or III card. I just wanted to know if there are any out there that are better than others. Also, I wouldn't have to have one of those 10 mb/s hubs in between in order to use ethernet with this machine would I? Once again thanks. =)

I use an EtherLink III card in my 1400c which works just fine with my 10/100 hub. Disclaimer: I maintain the driver.

Would this item work with your driver?

Thanks

No. The combo modem cards do not work with this driver (this is a 3C562; you need a 3C589C/D).
