| HDD Caddy for an older powerbook? |
Posted by: classic on 2012-12-24 14:58:44 G'day.
I've been contemplating a SATA HDD for my Pismo PowerBook.
I'm wondering if anyone knows if one of these:

will work?
I have a DVD drive, but I've got a spare module and want to whack one of these into it.
Ta for any advice.

better news: it's a smaller (thinner) form factor
A transplant of parts may work, but that looks like an "L" shaped PCB lies within . . . which could prove problematic . . .
. . . for adapting the adapter's connector to connect to the Pismo's different connector . . . :?:
. . . $14 sounds like a decent bet and some playtime since you've got that case in hand. 😉
