Rampaging PogoHamsters pillage eBay! Read all about it!

Look closely at the piccies and weep, comrades! [๐Ÿ˜‰] ]'>

WHOLESALE-LOT-OF-11-COMPUTER-DRIVES

The second bidder was lil 'ol' Hamster #1! Hamster #3 put in the $7.00 entry fee, but he was using the top Hamster's account!

well those dancin hampsters got me all dizzy but it looks like 12345678 (50) and the other one has a Termination Table on it, so appears as they are both scsiโ€ฆ For at-lteast the 2 in the second pic.

hopefully he didn't use a stock photo from another auctionโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ˜›

Nah, I'm gonna make sure I get what's in the piccie. Description may be off on the 250s, but that top one is a 100 & SCSI to the bone!

I'm almost certain he won't try to reneg on the 250s because of the description. With 100% feedback at those numbers, I really don't think the seller is the kind to post stock piccies and do the switcharoo. That kind of thing gets back to you in one big hurry. We don't allow using the forums to be used for eBay feedback, their system works just fine . . .

. . . due diligence in enforcing that keeps us out of trouble, giving Cory the warm-n-fuzzies. :approve:

That block diagram looks like the IDE Master/?/Slave Dance to me. The piccie shows an IDE connector's aspect ratio as well.

Ah your right,

So at-least 1 scsi drive then ๐Ÿ™‚

Just the one, we're in touch, I told him not to ship the FDDs and that I'm happy as a clam with the the IDE 250s and the single SCSI 100 . . .

. . . the three extra IDE 100s are like getting change back from my $20.66 total purchase price. ๐Ÿ˜‰

well good eye.

congrats! why are you so excited about a zip 250?

Posted by: Trash80toHP_Mini on 2012-12-13 21:12:43
Not that excited abut the 250s, but I'm sort of phasing into them.

I'm using an external Zip250/FW on the QS'02 OS9_ZoneMainMac and a Zip250/USB version on the Pavilion NetBook IRL_WorkStation ATM. So getting some internals for various and sundry other Macs and the AtomicBoard are all in the game plan.

I'm buying three Zip250/SCSI externals tomorrow for the older Macs as well.

The SCSI Internal has me tickled pink . . . now I've got two! :approve:

cool.

It looks like my last post never made it up . . . not much of a conquest as it turns out though.

I was excited about this snag:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/190769125229

However they all turned out to be the Z250P Model (PPT) so the Pet IIfx is more than a bit disappointed, but the internal 250s from the first batch are just fine by me!

At least they'll Look nice on the shelf...

I'm getting most of my money back and I get to keep everything. The power supplies, cables, adapters, PCI Card, 2 Zip 250s and 4 Zip 100s make it OK. Maybe I'll see if the innards will transfer to the ZipPlus Chassis. I can hook it up to the parallel port on the NetTop Mobo in there . . .

. . . though USB 1.0 is probably faster.

I wonder if I could get this PC POS to run off my Grappler Parallel Port NuBus Card?
