Ok got this unmarked card in a performa 400. It confuses me. No brand name but the main processor on the card is a 68020 at 20 MHz, with fpu, but the performa has a 16 MHz 68030. The card is marked LC, LCII, 400, 410. So who makes the card? Does it need drivers? Is it because the MHz that it helps the 68030?

Connectors on the backplane?

Is the 400 running OK with the card installed? If so, and you've got the Gauge Series, run the included SlotInfo utility to see if there's a Declaration ROM on the Card that will tell you what it is..

TattleTech is another good ROM Card Spelunking utility. You can run the PDS/NuBus report (IIRC?) individually and it will usually be able to tell you more even than SlotInfo can about a card in either type of slot.
