iMac G4 20" fan

Hi

I own a iMac G4 20" and noticed the fan makes a lot of noice, so i started looking for a replacment.

I was thinking about a silent fan but then i read this:

Here someone points out that the fan in the latest iMac G4 machines was special, can anyone confirm? And did anone replace its fan?
