-Apple CD SC, full box with PSU and cables, but no drive.
-Apple IC Extractor-tool
-iMac (year 2000) installation CD-package, 5 CD's inc. Hardware test and iMovie 2, OS 9.1 (sealed)
-Unused firewire cable (sealed)
-Early mouse, one button (square)
-Powermac G4-manual (2002)
-iMac G4 manual (2005)
-Apple Works 6 (complete set, cd and manual)
-MS Word 98 for Mac (CD)
-Tiger manual/get started
-iMac manual/get started (2000)
-Some SCSI-terminator
Wonder if i could just use the Apple CD SC-box and put an SCSI-drive inside and use it as external harddrive for i.e. IICi and Classic?
| Posted by: Trash80toHP_Mini on 2012-01-02 12:19:05 Absolutely! Is the PSU still good? PSU death might have been why the CD was pulled, that, or it was pulled for an internal upgrade.
That's a great ZFP case for your Classic, any which way. However, you might be better off finding a Tray Loader CD to hack in there to upgrade it from its original cartridge loader config.
| Posted by: Cosmo on 2012-01-02 13:08:39 The older guy (he used to work as technician/repairs for apple import company in 1980-1990's) who gave me the box, said the PSU should be working. That's all what he remembered. He's my work colleque so i can ask that again. For time being, i think i'll make an external HD out of it. Too bad most of my SCSI drives are either in use or noisy (about to break down) Let's see what happens.
| Posted by: Cosmo on 2012-01-03 21:11:34 I am waiting for a one guy i know come back from holidays, he offered me 1GB SCSI drive and G3-card for 7100, maybe even extra SCSI-cable. May need to pay something wich is ok.
