A/UX Essentials
Posted by: envirogeek on 2011-10-24 10:33:11
I have found a photocopy of A/UX Essentials (Beta Draft) documentation in my detritus.

Is there interest in me scanning this to a PDF?

I'm not sure if this could be legally posted to the Wiki or not. Although it is a photocopy, it does have Apple copyright 1991.

I can't speak about the legality end of things, but from a preservation end of things I'd love to see it scanned.

So would I.

Scanned to PDF.

Optimized in Acrobat 9, it's still an 11 MB file.

Forum does not allow PDFs to be uploaded, and I can't figure out how to login to the Wiki. I've got some other documentation to post, so once I have permissions will upload to the Wiki.

That is wonderful. Some of us have been looking for years for A/UX manuals that were not available from Apple in digital form.

You can find some more here.

Is this pdf now uploaded to the wiki? I have to confess I've never used it and I can't see where such document uploads would be.
