PDS IIe Card schematic

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have an LC/PDS IIe card schematic? I have a card that gives me the "defective" error message, despite recapping it and resoldering all the PDS pins (thanks to a certain post on this website).

you have to wiggle the pins and pull on them, they rot out at the base, sometimes the plastic of the connector bites on the pin pretty good causing you to think the pin is mechanically solid, when its not.  also wash the card in hot water with soap and a tooth brush.  then hot rinse, then compressor dry.

also sometimes if the software is wrong version or is partially installed from a drag and drop, it can also say that its defective. re install the software.

I'll double check those pins. I think the card is in need of washing.

I'm using the card in an LC 475 with a replaced 68040. It's running System 7.1, and I ran the 2.2.1 installer. Does that sound OK?

you really want to keep the IIe card with computers like the LC, LC-II and Color Classic.

The card needs the system to be in 24bit mode.
