The acrylic case looks very cool. But I don't like aluminum reinforcement bars.

That is an excellent little project!
Other SBCs can do this as well including on the Raspberry Pi 1 & 2 and Banana Pi & Pro.
I skimmed over the site but I think I did not see a price on how much was spent on the case. Would you know how much it costs?

It won't be too expensive like pro 3d printing. It uses laser cutting on acrylic board.

There a couple of plastic shops in NYC that cuts acrylic. Depending on the price I can get this.
