You are bidding on 2 NEW Old Stock serial communication chipset from Zilog, P/N: Z85C8010VSC (Leaded, PLCC 68 Package). These chipset are used in Old Apple PC System, with manufacturing date as 1994.

When the link above goes bad, search for the seller by name: acronmanelectronics

Maybe those were used in an old Apple machine. They weren't used in any Macintoshes. The Macintosh used the Z85C30, which came in a 40 pin DIP or 44 pin PLCC, not 68 pin PLCC.

I think that seller is confused.

Ah, a thousand pardons.
It's not your fault. The seller mis-described his product.
