| PageMaker 3.0 and PowerBook 180 |

I am trying to install PageMaker 3.0 on a PowerBook 180 (System 7.5.5) and the install process stops at random points but never finishes. any ideas? I have copied the disks and they seem alright. The Install manual states System 4.1 and Finder 5.5 as minimums, so that seems OK. I have plenty of free space on the HD. I'm stumped.....

Sorry, I realize this is an old post. If you're still having trouble or have put this task to the side you may want to check to see if you have any printers installed. I believe PageMaker requires a printer. If you have the documentation that came with your copy of 3.0 that should help you nail down any installation problems. If you don't have the documentation let me know and I'll read up on mine. Good luck - if you're still working on this project.

Hmmm, documentation I have says nothing about having a printer attached, but to be honest, I have only tried to install on the machine without a printer attached. A project for the weekend!
