Powermac G3 AiO Video Cable Help

So I'm working on replacing the CRT in my Powermac G3 AiO with an LCD. I'm really stumped on how I'm going to work with the video cable that was in there before and the graphics card it was connected to. Anyone have experience with these cables and ports? Any way to rig an adapter for VGA or DVI? Is it even possible to do it with this card?

Here's the card and cable in question along with where it connected to on the CRT side.
