Early icons for Fonts & DAs

I was doing some reading of the first MacUser issues, and came across an oddity: an article on the new Font/DA Mover with an accompanying illustration that showed very different icons for the "suitcases" holding Fonts and DAs which had been moved out of the system file. I've recreated them here:

Does anyone if these were from an early Beta of the software? What's odd is the Font Mover had been around for a while, and to my knowledge it didn't use this icon for fonts. These images look almost Lisa-esque...

I believe that in Systems <5, some of the icons were different than what most of us are familiar with in 6/7 and later. I can't say for sure that those are known examples, but I have also read articles in the past like that.
