| I heart my Quadra 950 |

Been on a fixing up Macs spree this week. Got the beastly Quadra 950 running good. Man is it a quick machine for its age
Been playing some old games on it, I installed SSW 7.6.1, works perfectly, Even prints to my Color LaserJet 4500, and works with my ScanJet 6100c without a hitch.
Its missing a hard drive cage, But I should be able to make something work for it.
Anyone ever try to Install A/UX on one of these things. Id like to mess with it, But Id also like to have SSW 7.6.1 installed as well
68040 33mhz with 128MB RAM Screams on this.

Just install A/UX on an external HD and turn it off when you want to boot OS 7.
I ran A/UX ages ago on a stock 950, then a 950 with the PDS card, and finally on a real WGS95. The install is pretty easy.

She is quite nice. I have mine with SSW 7.6.1 on it. Works rather nicely for playing old games. Even printed to my Color Laserjet 4500 with no configuration.

Is it possible to run Sheep Shaver on A/UX? You could then just have it boot A/UX and run System 7 from inside.
