Well, sort of.
It's a Quadra 700 styled case for a Mac Mini (see #2 on the page referenced). Click on the last word highlighted and you get some photos, with Japanese text, of the making of the case. Expensive tools seem to be involved, but someone could probably do much the same job with something as simple as a router.
