Software Conquests

ROUND ONE came today!!! Thanks to Strimkind for the excellent boxed copies of Kid Cuts and Treehouse!!!

There will be two more shipments coming for me in the next two days...and I'll keep you folks in suspense as to what they may be. Both are relatively rare software titles, ones that don't get the recognition they deserve..

Very nice Scott!

ROUND TWO: A boxed copy of Monsters and Make Believe (actually, the software box is a binder). I have reason to believe this may be one of the only surviving, if not THE only surviving copy of this software.

ROUND THREE (the final round): A boxed copy of Zoo Keeper from Davidson, complete with a company catalog circa Fall 1993-Winter 1994!!! This copy of Zoo Keeper is floppy-based and is on seven high density floppies. Thanks to Strimkind for another awesome educational software conquest!!!

This may be my last vintage conquest in a while. I'm running out of space for boxed software and aside from possibly an old PowerBook or two I can't really accommodate new Macs either. (I'd pick up another 150 or 190 if the price was right though--preferably around $10). My next computer-related purchase figures to be something capable of running iOS, but I'm not sure if I want an iPod Touch or iPad at this point.

... and never to be seen again.

No offense, but.....

What's wrong with him not wanting to make images? Just because somebody gets software that isn't on the web doesn't mean that they have to bow down to you and immediately send you the images.

Let's keep this thread on topic, and not get into an argument, ok?

^Sorry about that Bunsen. Wasn't trying to be argumentative.

Anyways, it's glad that you've been able to get everything you need Scott. Just let me know if you still want the shareware disks.

You are the first person to mention "images" here, JRL.

But still, there's no need to make fun of Scott.

Anyways, moving on.
