For the time being it won't be connected to the internet, but if the distro supported or support exist for airport cards that would be great. The main use of this computer will be - sitting in an extra bedroom, light web browsing (email checking, guest updating facebook, etc..) and the ability to play SD xvid/divx content. So, any distros to rec for this system and what video player would serve it best?

| Posted by: Rodus on 2010-10-14 07:57:08 I've just put Ubuntu 10.04 on my G3 400/512 iMac and it works pretty well, not exactly fast but at least you get an up to date OS with support for the latest Firefox.
