How much is 16MB IIfx SIMM goes nowaday?

Is there any other Mac that use the same SIMM as the IIfx other than the one that shares same motherboard?

You need IIfx RAM , nothing else used that type. A set of 4 x 16MB would probably be $100 or so, $200-250 for a complete set of 8 for 128MB RAM.

4x4MB for 16MB would be around $25?

Thanks

I didn't realize that the IIfx has it's own SIMM standard among different Macs.

It must be really hard to find them especially the 16MB stick than the 30-pin one.

1MB and 4MB SIMMs show up on ebay all the time, the 16MB ones are very rare. One person here had made some and sold them (do a search).

Trag, one of the members of these forums, made up some 16MB IIfx Simms several years ago but he hasn't done that since. I've never seen them anywhere else, though it's possible some might show up on eBay. Also, keep an eye on Lemswap on Google groups http://lowendmac.com/lists/swap.html. Good luck.

They are 64 pin SIMMs. There were some laser printers that used 64 pin SIMMs, but the SIMMs for the printers are too slow for the IIfx
