| System 7.1 800k disk images |

I own a pre-FDHD SE as my only Mac, and I would like to upgrade its installation of System 7.0 to 7.1, which as I understand, was the last version released on 800k disks. If anybody has these 800k disks, could you please image them so I can install 7.1 on my SE? I have looked pretty hard on the web for these disk images and have failed to find them.

The reason why you've failed to find them is that 7.1 is not a free upgrade, it was a paid-for upgrade, and unlike 7.01, has never been released for free by Apple.

Get 'em while they're up. No idea how genuine they are; I don't see a Disk Tools disk or any immediately bootable install disks. |

They work, copying the contents of each 800k image to a 1.4mb floppy. I retrieved them before the site died. I own the software myself but my disks are old and failing. I'll send to anyone else with my same situation :-x just PM me your email
