Posted by: Dog Cow on 2010-07-07 09:42:32 Don't count your chicks before they've hatched.
(Speaking of chicks, 40 chicks from the local hatchery arrived at the post office last night. They're all safe in their chick box today.)

One of the guys at work raises chickens, turkeys, and ducks. He processes them at home too. Quite a production. I like the rotating finger defeathering machine.
How long have you been in the hobby?

Assuming they still work, whats the resale market look like for them? Seems like a bit of a risk unless you can make some money back on them. Based on ebay prices - about $50 for nonfunctional units and $100 for working models.

Posted by: olePigeon on 2010-10-07 11:01:28 Is that Japan or China? If it's Japan, those could all be Color Classic IIs. :O
|
Posted by: jsarchibald on 2010-10-07 14:40:14 They certainly look like CCIIs. The Japanese have an obsession with these, so I doubt they would have been thrown out. My bet is that there is a group of collectors who went splitsies on these...

Posted by: Anonymous Freak on 2010-10-07 16:14:23 I don't think there is any way to tell the difference from that photo.

Posted by: slomacuser on 2010-10-07 23:35:24 This is from Taipei, Taiwan
|
Posted by: olePigeon on 2010-10-08 19:10:52 Ah, the underground Color Classic II railroad from Japan to Taiwan. It all makes sense now.
