| mp3 manipulation software |
Posted by: jwmcfarlin on 2010-06-03 01:24:00 Anyone run across any software that runs in OS8.6 that can manipulate an mp3 file, say, change the sample rate? I have an older mac I am doing some mpegdec testing on and want to get the sample rate down to less than 128kbps.
Best,
John
