Hmmm, it came right up for me. But, I'm currently logged in on the wiki, and am an admin. Try logging in to the wiki, and try again. I'll go see what I can find out about page protection there...
Update: Can't see anything set on that page that would prevent viewing. Editing is protected, but that's it.

The permissions problem should be fixed now. It was a problem on the forum side, rather than the wiki side...
