My first post on the boards, so glad I've found it.
I'd like to chip in with posting my scanned pdf copied of following documents you may find useful:

* Apple A/UX 3.0 Confidential Beta Release Notes
* Apple Lisa XENIX Programmers Guide
* Apple Lisa XENIX Programmers Reference
The A/UX 3.0 Confidential Beta Release Notes is an excellent read with many fantastic inside stories from Apple.
