Hey, I was trying to sign up there and it stated, "to make sure you're not a bot contact the board admin" but there was no link to do so, what happened?

On a related note, often when I go there I get a "1 new PM is waiting for you..." message, but when I click it it tells me I have no new messages!

Check out this thread, it means that you've received a PM from a spammer, whose account has since been deleted. I get those emails too, and was wondering why until I saw that.

Don't put any personal info into the registration page, just the required info. That was causing me to have that error.
