| Reconquest: iBook G3 366 |
Posted by: Strimkind on 2010-01-12 07:06:47 Bit of a story behind this one. I found it about a year ago with a wallstreet for the dirt cheap price of $40 for both. I knew someone who was looking for a cheap laptop for her aging parents to replace an iMac. I updated the OS and sold it at cost. Well now her parents are unable to use it and the laptop has ended up back in my hands.
G3 366mhz
128MB RAM (added upgrade to 320MB RAM)
10GB HD
CD Drive
Added Airport Card
Not a bad machine at all. Still very functional on the internet.

Either way that's really cool. I miss mine.

Posted by: Hrududu on 2010-01-12 18:07:22 Thats cool. I just picked up a 300MHz blueberry and 366MHz graphite yesterday. Both work great, and actually have working batteries (unlike the indigo I've had for the past 7 years).

Working batteries seems quite uncommon with these. I have a half dead blueberry that i keep for parts...not sure about the battery. Maybe it works.
One of these days I will get my hands on a Key Lime iBook. If that does not stand out, nothing does.
