Now there's something you don't hear everyday...

Speaking of which, is there anywhere where System 3.1 can be found anymore? }🙂

Speaking of which, where can you get Rhapsody from?

I think that there are a couple places where Rhapsody can still be found. Although I'm fairly certain the last working copy of System 3.1 must have dropped off the face of the earth by now. 🙁

I am really desperate for 7.5.2 right now.

While I have two floppies with System 3.2; I don't have a 3.1.

I do, however, have a couple copies of Mac OS 7.5.2. One on a "Power Macintosh 7200/75 & 7200/90" OS restore disc, one on a "Power Macintosh 7500/100 & 8500/120" OS restore disc, and one on a "PowerBook 5300/2300/190 and PowerPC hardware upgrades" restore disc.

They are presently in storage, but I just became unemployed, so I should have time over the next couple months to organize my collection.

iirc Rhapsody can be found @ preterhuman.net

I will try to find the time to upload 7.5.2, but as the neighbor's WiFi is too slow, it will be a while.

That, and I'm busy pirating music right now...

Adding another voice to the 7.5.2 request here. There's a PowerBook copy on the Apple Legacy CD but it says disk 8 isn't the correct one.

I reckon either of those Power Mac restore discs should see me right if you get a chance to dig them out.

See my legacy CD torrent. it isn't corrupt

That might be the copy I have too (I found it at the green demon). The image isn't corrupt, it just says that Disk 8 isn't the correct one. I tested the checksums of the 7.5.2 images to make sure they were good. First time I've seen an error like that. But it's a PowerBook version of 7.5.2 so maybe that's part of the reason.

I went looking through some old CDs and I found a copy of the PB5300 7.5.2 that I probably snagged from Apple a few years ago. It installed fine but won't boot SheepShaver. I guess the Power Mac versions had enablers of some kind (the SheepShaver specs list 7.5.2 as the minimum system).
