Power Macintosh 9500 and a stack of books!

While not 68k related, I did pick up a 9500 with a whole slew of external SCSI storage (Exabyte tape drive, DAT tape drive, Jazz drive and two zip drives) and a 19" LaCie CRT monitor for free of of the local Freecycle!

68k related, I finally found original copies of Inside Macintosh. I've been itching to do some programming for my Macintosh Plus, and now I finally have the reference materials I need! 😀

Welcome to the 9500 club. As long as you never have to open it up, you'll be pretty happy with it.

Good for you! 🙂 I'm curious: did you get the "3 volumes in one" book, or multiple volumes on their own? If so, which ones? I just have the "3-in-1" volume, which doesn't cover the Mac Plus.

Unfortunately I found Volumes 1, 3 and 4, no 2! But I did find some other reference books, "Unlocking the Toolbox" volumes 1 and 2 (author/publisher escapes me right now), and some MacFORTH books. 😀
