I think it was just called "Mouse Practice". It came with the Performa 400.

Mouse Practice sounds right to me. I seem to recall it coming with some versions of At Ease as well.

There's one called "Mouse Basics" on Apple's software page. I'm not sure if it's the same thing or not (I'd test it now but all I've got with me is an OS X machine).
