anyone have a dsk image of zork?

it needs to be a 140k image as that is all that my copy of adt will handle - (it runs in sys7 on my se)

the only copy i have found was less than 140k so adt would not look at it.

anyone?

Maybe one of the files here will work:

ftp://ftp.apple.asimov.net/pub/apple_II/images/games/adventure/infocom/zork_1/

thanks

whats weird is the file i have i got from asimov and it was, as said, less than 140k so wouldnt work.

i guess my ftp software on that day simply crapped out in someway and the file was corrupted. and i then never went back to try it again.

either way, i have not made the disk yet, but both files are 140k so it seems good at this point.

thanks again

The copy on Asimov (zork_1.dsk.gz) is 143,360 bytes once un-gzipped, and works fine.

Well, whatever you do, don't crawl through the window. Every time I've done that, the game went from a nice walk in the park to a subterrainian nightmare. 😉
