5 256k VRAM SIMMs
Bought on eBay for only a couple dollars. They are working and are being used in a Quadra 700 for higher bit-depth. (Millions at up to 832x624, 256 @ 1152x870). I also had one spare SIMM to make the necessary 6 SIMMs.
