It is a 10BaseT card, with BNC and RJ plugs. It is not a perfect rectangle, more like a parallelogram with only one side slanted.
The best part? It was new and sealed.

It is not a perfect rectangle, more like a parallelogram with only one side slanted. An irregular quadrilateral is perhaps the description you sought. What chipset does the card use?
