| Quicksilver 733mhz |
Posted by: jkoci on 2008-11-02 13:02:22 I have an opportunity to pickup one up locally for $100. 512mb ram, 40gb hard drive, DVD-R, and keyboard. Go for it?

Posted by: MultiFinder on 2008-11-02 13:23:07 Eh, $100 is a bit much for one of those IMHO. Of course, they are decent machines, even for general use, and can easily run Leopard. If you want a tower that'll give you very-decent-but-not-stellar performance, go for it 🙂

Posted by: Lateralus on 2008-11-02 13:38:54 $100 is a bit much for a fully functional Quicksilver? I must be behind the times...

$100 is a bit much for a fully functional Quicksilver? I must be behind the times... I searched ebay and noticed they go for about that price.

Posted by: funkytoad on 2008-11-02 15:17:53 I have seen them a bit lower, but $100 isn't too bad.

Posted by: Christopher on 2008-11-02 21:38:58 i got a quicksilver with no hard drive and minimal ram for the price of shipping(something like $60.00) from Mike. Best deal I ever did.
