Hi,

I'm a 28-year-old Mac fan with a small, but functional collection of a few Macs. I have been in love with Apples ever since I got my hands on them at school back in the mid-80s.

I currently use an iMac 2.4 GHz Core Duo and iPhone, but the other Apples in my "orchard" include:

- iBook G4

- iBook (Blueberry)

- G3/233 desktop

- SE

- LC

- Apple IIGS

I used to have a 17" iMac, but I needed to sell it to a friend since I didn't have the room for it. I think that may have been my favorite Mac since it had personality. He reminded me of Luxo from the Pixar short (hence my nickname, macluxo). But my friend has given him a very good home; he now serves as a digital cookbook in my friend's kitchen. I guess that would make him Chef Luxo. 😉

I may have to part with a couple of my Apples listed above. I just moved and room is a little bit of an issue.

But anyway, I'm looking forward to digging through the messages here and try to come up with an idea for a couple of my Macs. I'm kind of thinking of creating a BBS and/or Hotline Server on the G3 with a digital reading room as the focus.

You're not a n00b unless you run around and piss us off. You're a 'newb'.
