| I finally have disk images transfered!!! |

ADT PRO in conjunction with the proper null modem cables & a USB to serial connector driver from Prolific (PL-2303) I managed to eventually make disk images into working disks! Yay!

Welcome to the wonderful world of transferring Apple II disk images! Now you can enjoy running Apple II/IIGS programs on the REAL hardware again instead of an emulator.

Oops! The disk image for King's Quest disk 1 came back with errors & ADTPRO labels the disk as being "I/O Errors." I have a utility that will try to get bad blocks out on my hard drive.

Were you able to fix the problem with your copy of King's Quest disk 1? Which version of King's Quest is that and where did you download it from? You might be able to find another copy of it somewhere else on the web that will transfer successfully.
