Hi, yes IIRC those are a pair of Joysticks for the Apple II range.

Those are Apple paddles.  The choice joystick for games like Brickout, Arkanoid, Wavy Navy, and any other game that makes sense to have an analogue wheel. 🙂

That's an Apple II clone.  However, IBM/Apple/Atari adapters weren't uncommon.

Paddles unlike joysticks only have one degree of freedom - rotating one way or the other.  So they only work with certain games.
