...and it is the 2.0GHz version. Picked up today, and have found it hard to get way from it! [😀] ]'> . For the entry level mac it certainly speeds along - first mac in many years!.

That's awesome. I'd bet Halo would look goo on it. It looks like you can get Call of Duty 4 for Mac, that is if you play games.

The only downside is GMA950. But it is a good buy.

GMA950 not good for games. I am surprised they downgraded the graphics when they went Intel. The Radeon 9200 in the G4 Mini was much better.

In general, the GMA950 keeps pace with something as old and low-end as the Radeon 9200, especially when your system has enough memory.

That said, the current iteration of the mini hasn't been updated in 11.5 months, and the actual board Apple is using hasn't been updated since the introduction of the Mac Mini in 2006.

"ouch." It's definitely not a bad deal overall, but I wouldn't say it's a very great deal either, especially when you consider the hardware you can get for the same money from Dell.

But that's par for the course with Macs and Apple.

I was aware of the Intel GMA 950 Graphics when I looked at buying it. Always have my PC if i need to play the heavier games. But for what i play which seems to be Diablo 2, Guild Wars and Titan Quest it is not too bad! [8D]

At least Diablo 2 has a native OS X installer, and runs under an intel mac. :beige: - the others...well it might be bootcamp :-/
