A Lombard… and Archos MiniZip 100.

Yeah well, bought another one of these black Powerbooks… A Lombard, not very exiting. Bought it cause it's in pretty good shape compare to the one i have, as a 80Gb drive, but also because it came with a PCMCIA Archos MiniZip 100 drive and a dozen zips… that's the main reason. Was curious to see that one.

Works very well in osx (the Lombard as Panther installed), doesn't requires a driver … tried on my Titanium (10.5), works also. Cool.

But it's not recognized in OS 9 - 8 or 7 … Seems to require a driver there. Can't find one for the life of me. Tried Iomega drivers, but no joy.

Anyway, the thing is nice and small compare to the usual SCSI Iomega drives.

Congrats, never seen ones of those.

I have a zip for the Wallstreet, one of the ones that goes in place of the cd-rom, but yours is cool.

That'd be really handy, especially if you had a late AlBook to get the files from the Internet.
