I love how you can get high end 21" monitors for nothing these days. Sure they take up a lot of room but I'll have one of them over a several hundred dollar LCD any day.

As for your other two scores - 8-o

It was a Animation company who decided that to downsize the operation. All the good stuff went east and they gave the the rest away.Lots of fast PIII dual processors servers, SGI Indy's, Odd shaped SCI machines, SCSI backup sets etc. There were thirty -five monitor5. Thirty-two were 21-21" monitors.

20+" Trinitrons are nice if you have a strong table.

I have a Supermac 20" (19 viewable) with BNC inputs and it weights a ton, and only does 1024x768 but the picture is nice.

The Media system with SCSI to 4x IDE sounds very nice.

You are right about the weight. I have to put support under the computer table. The monitor is sold as 21" but is 19" viewable. The recommended

Resolution is 1600 x 1200 @ 85hz.

Did they ever make a raid scsi nubus card?

I don't think anybody did a hardware raid card for Nubus, just various software based solutions.

I found a 19" Dell Trinitron not long ago. It has a problem typical of Sony's of that era. The contrast is out of whack. Supposedly cutting a resistor and soldering a new one on fixes it but I've been too lazy to do it.

YES IBM P275's are really nice, I have a black 21" one (the best there is!) hooked up to my g5 quad, I'm using it now...I'm a photographer and I LOVE IT I do all my Photoshop work on it. I hate LCD's. Quite.

I got it for $20 about a year ago.

I wish I had a second one...my 21" NEC Multisync FP1350X that I use as a second monitor is OK but it's ugly beige & I don't like the color as much so I only use it for toolbars and instant messaging/Mail.app/downloads/iTunes...

black 21" IBM P275 = god.

very nice find(s).
