Nice. Where from?

I volunteer at FreeGeek-Vancouver. People drop off computers and things for recycling. Nobody locally wants the old Mac stuff. There is talk of putting it on ebay.

Yeah, the original FreeGeek here in Portland used to send newer Macs to a Mac-only computer recycler/reuser in Eugene, Oregon; and would literally trash (well, recycle,) the older ones. Whenever they have an event, they have a stage that is made of a hundred compact Macs with plywood on top!

Recently, they started refurbishing Macs, too, though. Generally only iMacs and B&W G3s or newer. I've gotten a couple decent deals from 'em.

We "recycle" 1st Gen and older. Not enough space. Any useful cards, ram etc. are thrown in a box. We are starting to try and sell them now.
