| Radius 81/100 |
Posted by: ~llama on 2008-02-27 22:30:48 Is there a good resource for information about these? I just got one, and I guess "radius" followed by numbers is just a bad Google search term. I don't know anything about this machine, other than mine has a boot drive with 8.6 on it :beige:

Posted by: Franklinstein on 2008-02-27 22:37:00 I can't say right off as to where to get information specific to this machine (other than everymac.com), but I can tell you that it's virtually identical to the PM 8100/100. Most things that apply to one would apply to the other.

Posted by: Unknown_K on 2008-02-27 23:30:34 Aren you sure it is a 100? I have a Radius 81/110. Radius made a system 100 amd the 81/110. The system 100 had a Radius Thunder IV 1600 in each machine.

Google: radius "81/110" and you get great 1st page hits.

I told you I didn't know anything about them 😛

Posted by: trag on 2008-03-03 12:05:35 Other than the nice Radius case, there was exactly one hardware difference between the Radius machine and the Apple 8100. The Radius logic board has a DB-15 video connector for the built-in DRAM port, rather than the HDI-45 connector. Other than that, the logic boards are identical right down to the placement of the surface mount passive components.
