So I pulled out my Quadra 950 earlier this week to get some info about it, and wanted to get it online. About a week later, here I am, typing on this forum. 🙂

but what was it that kept you off the net for a week? A LOT of problems with OS installations. I couldn't find my 7.6 CD, downloaded 7.6 images didn't work, etc. I found my 7.6 CD Friday, though.

Desktop space for a 950? How about physical desk space!!!! I saw one yesterday for the first time in three years and I forgot those things were HUGE!!!

I used to have one of those (with SyQuest AND cd in the front panel, two hard drives behind and floppy drive externally 🙂 )
