Hey I got two 20GB iPod drives for FREE, problem? getting my 3rd gen to spin them up to full speed.
They were put into a 4th gen by a friend who thought the HD was bad when its the logic board. So I think it has newer iPod software, How can I get my iPod to use the drive?
the old HD and the new HD both are 3.3v and 500mA
