| Photos of the boxed 512ke from ebay |
Posted by: dogcow on 2008-01-27 10:40:27 You'll like these 😎
Have a look here: http://web.mac.com/pjlarge/iWeb/PJLarge/The%20Computer%20Museum.html
It's in fantastic condition. The box isn't 100%, but it is 22 years old...
I couldn't resist taking it apart to see what sort of condition it was in, there was the smallest amount of dust but the machine looks to have had practically no use at all. What a fiind!
The seller undersold it that's for sure. If he'd have spent the time taking decent photographs to show the condition I'm sure he would have got more for it.

Selling the stickers anytime soon 🙂 They appear on eBay frequently if you're looking for a set. For example, these look like the same ones:

Looks like a pretty complete package. I couldn't tell from the photos, but how are the case plastics? Any signs of yellowing or brittleness?

Nice.
Looks like a pretty complete package. I couldn't tell from the photos, but how are the case plastics? Any signs of yellowing or brittleness? It's the same colour as it would have been when it came out of the factory as it looks like it's sat in the box in the dark for a number of years. The case feels solid enough with no brittleness or stress cracks, it came apart no problem and went back together perfectly as well.
