Picked up three towers last night. A G4 400 mhz AGP, G3 B&W 350 mhz overcloced to 400mhz and a G3 B&W 300mhz with a adaptec 2940u2b card in it.

Yes, but not much. Going to keep the G4 and the scsi card. The other two I will sell for more than I paid for all of them.

Yeah, I like it when that's possible - I go get a small haul from somewhere and they throw in some freebie or there's some small item that's worth something, and makes up for the other costs, so it's pretty much free.
I paid $5 for a Power Mac 7200, display, keyboard, and mouse from a garage sale. I sold one of the PCI cards out of it (GPIB) for $200 on eBay. Best haul ever in terms of that.

Something like that happened to me once, except it was a rare book I came across in a library sale.. a 1932 first english edition Mein Kampf. (No, I'm not a nazi) But I knew it was worth money.
I paid $10 for it, took it home, and found that it was worth approximately $300. 😀
I need to start going to more garage sales.
...I hope I'll come across a B&W G3 one of these days too.
