So, I got 500 5 1/4" brand new Floppy disks for about 2 bucks.
A Keyboard and mouse for my Mac Plus for 5 bucks.
A users guide for my Performa for 1 buck.
And, a Brand new USB Floppy Drive for 20 bucks.

That is pretty nice. Did you go to the one in Tukwila or in Seattle?
Years ago I used to be very familiar with both locations, and most of the staff at each. I wasn't too happy with the Mac support/sales staff in Seattle, but I didn't go there too often anyway, (in Tukwila more often.)
Anyway, congrats on the great haul, that's a good amount of floppies for so cheap!

I like the selection at the Tukwila one better, but the Seattle one (The one I went to) is much smaller, but has more mac stuff. 360K disks have the reinforcing hub in the center, the 1.2MB ones do not.
How much does the software cost?
